Section 548 of the Education and Training Act 2020 provides for the payment of various subsidies to licensed Early Childhood services.

Section 548 of the Education and Training Act – New Zealand Legislation

Services are required to report on how government funds have been spent as a condition of their licence.

Services may have funding withheld if they do not complete the financial reporting requirements.
