The project manager remains actively involved in the project.
You need to:
- monitor and document supplier performance and quality of delivery
- manage poor performance promptly
- discuss any significant issues with your property advisor.
Supplier performance review
Suppliers and consultants engaged on school property projects may need performance reviews.
You can use our supplier performance review tools to manage their performance.
On school-led projects, the project manager does the performance review. The property advisor supports you to do this.
We may also assist schools to conduct a performance review of their project manager. When we do this, we involve the project manager in the process and ask for their feedback.
You can find information about performance reviews in the performance management starter pack.
