Information to protect from family violence

Under the Family Violence Act, you are required to consider sharing information if it may help protect a victim from family violence, or if we receive a request for information.

The Family Violence Act covers us and:

  • licensed early childhood services
  • teachers with current practising certificates
  • teachers with limited authority to teach.
