Information to protect from family violence
Under the Family Violence Act, you are required to consider sharing information if it may help protect a victim from family violence, or if we receive a request for information.
The Family Violence Act covers us and:
- licensed early childhood services
- teachers with current practising certificates
- teachers with limited authority to teach.
