How to get access
You need an Education Sector Logon (ESL) account to use Pokapū Waka Kura. If you do not have one, ask your school's ESL delegated authoriser to create one for you.
Once you have an ESL account, the delegated authoriser needs to add a Pokapū Waka Kura user role:
- For most schools and kura this is Pokapū Waka Kura School User.
- For Directly Resourced (DR) schools and Māori-medium Schools (MMS) who need to view their school transport assistance payment remittance, this is Pokapū Waka Kura School Admin.
Our applications and online systems site has more information about how to access and use Pokapū Waka Kura.
