Changing systems during a funding period

If you change systems (SMS or ELI Web) and have not used this new system for an entire funding period, you can:

  • submit the portion of your claim electronically for the days you used your new system, and
  • send the paper-based RS7 forms for the days before you began using the new system
  • submit your entire funding claim using the paper RS7 forms.

Email: [email protected]

If you submit both types for the same funding period, only your electronic RS7 return will be used for your funding payment.

Change of ownership or closures

If your service changes ownership, you will need to change your service details to receive funding. The ECE Funding Handbook has information about what you need to do.
