The Capital Works Forward Pipeline is our pipeline of property projects.
The pipeline covers the majority of opportunities with a total contract value of $100,000 and above and provides indicative procurement timelines. Infrastructure suppliers (main contractors and consultants) can use it to prepare for upcoming Ministry-led tender opportunities.
