  • payments
  • technology route waybill information
  • monthly reports.

Apply to use Pokapū Waka Kura

Your company must first apply for access using the steps below.

  1. Appoint a delegated authoriser at your company

    The delegated authoriser is responsible for approving who from your company has access to your Pokapū Waka Kura information.

    The chief executive officer (CEO) or equivalent of your company is the Education Sector Logon Authoriser at your company. They can appoint someone else to be the delegated authoriser.

  2. Apply for delegated authoriser status

    To apply for delegated authoriser status, fill in the delegated authoriser request. The delegated authoriser must fill in parts 1 and 2 of the form. The CEO or equivalent must sign part 3 of the form.

    Email the completed form to us. You do not need to send us the evidence of identity documents.

  3. Create user access for staff

    Your company’s delegated authoriser can approve Pokapū Waka Kura user access for your staff. Your Pokapū Waka Kura users will have access to all the information submitted by your company.

    The 2 Pokapū Waka Kura user roles are:

    • Transport service provider route-group administrator – they submit the monthly report information for their company.
    • Transport service provider contract administrator – they receive and view monthly payment information and can view their company’s monthly reports.
  4. Log in

    Log into Pokapū Waka Kura using your ESL (Education Sector Logon) details.

    Pokapū Waka Kura works best with the Chrome internet browser.
