New Zealand Principals Federation (NZPF)

NZPF provides support in the areas of Achievement Māori Education, Finance and Legal. Schools must be members of NZPF to access this support.

NZPF’s role is to influence and advocate for New Zealand’s school principals. It acts as a professional voice and support for principals.

Expertise and support

  • Principal Support Scheme provides legal advice and legal fees of up to $25,000
  • Email contact form provides support, guidance and referral to experts when necessary
  • Helpline provides support, guidance and referral to experts when necessary
  • Advocacy for groups/ individuals through regular meetings with Ministers and Ministry of Education and sector
  • Representation on Reference groups
