Section 423 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (the Act) requires Ministers to consult with any organisation that may be affected by proposed variations to funding determinations issued under section 419 of the Act.

The Ministers will consider feedback from affected organisations before deciding whether to proceed with the proposed variations. Any variations to funding determinations following consultation will come into effect on 1 January 2026.
