As set out in the terms of reference for the arbitration, the Ministry has accepted the panel’s recommendations.

As also set out in the terms of reference, the PPTA executive will recommend its members ratify a settlement arising from the recommendations.

Both parties thank the panel for their careful consideration of the issues and for their recommendations after what have been complex and protracted negotiations.
