Charter Schools Advice to Minister: Operations and Reporting
While they operated under this model, charter schools must report quarterly to the Minister of Education, under their Agreements. Consideration and approval of these reports was assigned to the Ministry of Education’s Deputy Secretary Early Learning and Student Achievement. The Ministry prepares summary information and advice to the Minister about these.
The Minister must also approve variations to the schools’ Agreements, such as changes to roll size and class level.
