How to request consideration of a site extension#

If you believe your school has a reason to extend its site, you must first contact your property advisor to discuss this.

They will let you know what information we need from your school to support a case to buy land. We make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Before committing to buy additional land, we will look at your current and planned:

• buildings
• playing areas
• parking.

We will consider:

• the site’s safety, access and infrastructure requirements, like drainage and retaining walls
• financial implications of buying the land
• ongoing maintenance and management of the land.
