Who is covered by an individual employment agreement#
Individual employment agreements (IEAs) are developed and published by us.
The Permanent and Fixed-Term Employees Individual Employment Agreement and the Casual Individual Employment Agreement are for school board employees such as school transport drivers and hostel workers whose work does not fall within the coverage clause of a collective agreement.
They cannot be offered to anyone whose work falls within the coverage clause of a collective agreement.
