Who these changes affect

Area school principals who are New Zealand Education Institute Te Riu Roa (NZEI) or Post Primary Teachers Association Te Wehengarua (PPTA) members are automatically bound by the Area School Principals’ Collective Agreement 2023-2025 (ASPCA).

Area school principals who are not union members, and who have signed the corresponding Individual Employment Agreement, receive the terms and conditions based on that agreement.
