Managing finances for equipment

When replacing equipment for your school, you should consider:

  • If it is more cost effective to buy or lease.
  • If repayments will add up to more than 10 % of your annual operational funding. You must make an application to the Minister of Education before leasing equipment costing this much.

Use our tool and calculator to work out which option is best for your school.

Closing a school

If your school has been closed by the Minister, you must complete a liquidation statement. We recommend using our model liquidation statement as a template.
